The room was clean upon arrival. Staff provided friendly service throughout my visit. I found the location convenient for accessing the town and waterfront. The hotel offers easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciate the accessible car parking using the parkonomy app for £7.50 a day.

the dockside bar was nice (i did enjoy a drink there). the reception staff were great.
the room was quite disappointing. it did not resemble the photos i saw online, so i felt let down. the place seems tired and really needs some work.

The staff was very cute upon arrival. I appreciated that the shower was notably powerful. My bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's rest.

The location is near the docks. It is a bit of a walk to the city centre. Flix bus stops are opposite the hotel too.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were supportive to my needs. The receptionist moved me to a ground floor room when I arrived, and I appreciated this.

I had a couple of drinks at the bar, and I considered the prices reasonable. The hotel does not accept cash. There is a McDonald's and KFC just over the road.

There is no lift in the hotel. I had to pay a small fee for my case to be stored until departure. The hotel bar is excellent and offers a comfortable space.

the location was great because it was an easy walk to the docks. i was allowed a check in early, this helped me a lot. the staff was friendly, i liked that.
the walls needed painting, also light shades are filthy. there was an absolute embarrasment for a multinational company.

location was good. parking onsite was very convenient.
the room had a strong chlorine smell, a very off-putting experience. when i moved the bed, it was filthy underneath, also it had a mobility problem when sat. the cost was too high because those things.
